Day1, Chengdu/Wenchuan we'll ride between Chengdu and Dujiangyan. The sight beside the road is Chengdu Campagna.60km. then we visit Dujiangyan dam park, it's a very famous irrigation system in China. After lunch, we ride on more 20km. Then get on the bus driving to Wenchuan County.
Day2, Wenchuan/Songpan bus to Taoping (near Diexi Lake), then cycling to Songpan County. 96km. 
Day3, Songpan/Huanglong/Chuanzhusi bus to Huanglong National Park. Sightseeing in the beautiful Park. Come back to the top of the pass (XueshanLiangzi). Ride back to Chuanzhusi(a town 17km north to Songpan)
Day4, Songpan/Jiuzhaigou bus to Gonggangling. Ride your bike downhill to Jiuzhaigou.
Day5, cycling in Jiuzhaigou Nationa Park.
Day6, Jiuzhaigou/Ruorgai bus back to Chuanzhusi town, then turn west to the grassland. From Galitai, ride north on the grassland. You can see many nomads and their tents, yaks. We ride 60km this day then bus to Ruorgai County. 
Day7, Ruorgai/RuorDaba driving 40km,then biking on the grassland, there is flat grassland called "RuorDaba", cycling for 60 km then we camp on the grassland.
Day8, camping spot/luqu Driving to the border of Sichuan to Gansu. Visit Lamsi Lamasery. Then driving across the border to a place called Gahai. We'll ride there for 60km on the grassland too. The altitude there is very high.(average 4000m) then bus to Luqu County.
Day9, Luqu/Xiahe Driving to Hezuo City, have lunch then start cycling to Xiahe County.
Day10, visit the Labulen Lamasery and roam around. The temple is very big and it also the university of the Lamaism. 
Day11, Xiahe/linxia/Xunhua/Xining Driving to the border of Gansu Qinghai. It's a high pass, we ride downhill to Xunhua County. A branch of Muslin lives there called "Sala People". We will meet Yellow River in we are riding. It's stunning, so stunning. and the physiognomy of this region is unique. All hills are grassless. Cycling for 60km, then bus to Xining. It's capital of Qinghai Province.
Day12, Xining airport. Fly back to your home. The end 

Day1: Chengdu/Yaan/Luding Driving to Yaan City, then driving on to Erlangshan Tunnel. Get through it, we start biking all the way to Luding County.
Day2: Luding/Kangding/Yajiang bus to Kangding, then Mt. Zeduo(4290m). start riding on the top of the pass. Ride to Dongwole for 55km. Bus to Yajiang.
Day3: Yajiang/Litang drive to Litang grassland plateau. Start riding at the spot 80km to Litang County. The altitude is from 4200m to 4800m. So it’s very hard in this part.
Day4: Litang/Daocheng start riding from Mt. Haizi to Daocheng County. There’s a large quantities of big stones dispersed on the ground of Mt. Haizi. guidebook said it’s the relic of glacier movement.
Day5: Daocheng/Yading cycling all the way to a little town called “Yading”. 90km. Peaceful Tibetan villages lies beside the road. Then we switch to horse-trekking into the National Park. This is a land of untouched and primitive. Camping in the wild.
Day6: visit the 3 holy snow mountains. Lakes. meadows. Horse-trekking and hiking. Camping in the wild.
Day7: Yading/Daocheng back to Yading. Then drive back to Daocheng County.
Day8: Daocheng/Xiangcheng/Zhongdian drive 200km first, then cycling to Zhongdian County.
Day9: Zhongdian/Lijiang Start riding from Hutiaoxia to Lijiang City. The road is along with Jinshajiang River. beginning part of the Yangtze River. You can see Yulong snow Mountain also. 
Day10: Fly to Kunming City or Chengdu City. The end.
